Who we are

What we collect
- Your account and profile: name, email, phone (optional), a photo (optional), and who the profile is for (you, your child, or you and your partner).
- Your answers: questionnaire responses, such as interests, personality, life areas, couple questions, children's development checklists and, if you choose, wellbeing questions about mood and anxiety.
- Practitioner records: notes, reports and results your practitioner records about your sessions. If fingerprint patterns are recorded, only the pattern type and ridge count are kept, never the image.
- Orders and payments: the services you order, amounts and payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To provide coaching sessions, feedback and reports you've asked for.
- To send you payment links and keep records of payments.
- To keep the service secure.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- You, when signed in, and your practitioner.
- In a couple, each partner sees only their own answers. The other partner never sees them.
- Service providers who run the service for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Stripe (payments). They process data only to provide their services.
Children
Profiles for anyone under 18 are created with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who can view, change or delete the information.
Sensitive information
Wellbeing and development results can be sensitive. They are used only to support your coaching and, where needed, to suggest you see a licensed professional. Our sessions are educational coaching, not therapy, counselling or medical care.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you use our services and for [period] afterwards, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by contacting [email]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws.
Security
Passwords and PINs are stored in protected (hashed) form, connections are encrypted, and access is limited to you and your practitioner.
